No Bake Prune Peanut Buttercups

If you are looking for a healthy, delicious and quick-to-make snack, these prune peanut butter cups are definitely the best option!

Ingredients:

1 cup prunes

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips (melted)

Directions:

Add prunes and 2 tbsp water to the blender. Pulse to combine, then blend until a paste consistency forms.

Transfer to a muffin tray, evenly amongst 10 slots. Flatten out as good as possible.

Divide peanut butter evenly among 10 cups.

Place in the freezer for 30 minutes.

Melt 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips in the microwave.

Remove the tray from the freezer and drop about 2 tsp of chocolate on top of each cup. 

Freeze for another hour.

 Keep in the fridge and serve cold
